Days 1 & 2: One (1) capsule in the morning.
Days 3 & 4: One (1) capsules morning and night.
Thereafter: Two (2) capsules morning and night.
Always use between meals or on an empty stomach with at least 8 oz of water.
For children & pets: (1/2) capsule per 40 pounds of body weight.
